The Trainer Bunch Volume 1 was the first of hopefully many collaborations with four of the best trainers in the fitness industry.

The trainers got together on Zoom and then connected to Facebook live to do a special Coronavirus workout designed to keep people moving. The workout was created following the five components of physical fitness which are muscular strength and endurance, cardio-respiratory conditioning, flexibility and body composition. Each trainer took us through a 10 minute segment and then Mike gave some incite on how to grow during this pandemic.
