The perfect blend of strength and fat loss workout is a four-week, five day a week workout program designed to improve your entire body. The program is best utilized in conjunction with a solid nutrition program. This workout includes three days of lifting with circuits to keep heart rate high and also two days of steady state cardiovascular conditioning designed to keep your heart healthy and your body burning fat. You get two days off per week. This program should be followed for 4 weeks before switching to one of our other programs or taking a week off before repeating.
